DATE // November 28, 2018 - November 30, 2018

TIME // 10:00 am - 4:30 pm

CreateWorld is a 3 day performance, presentation and professional development event, specifically for academics, teachers, and technical staff who use Apple technology in the education and digital arts disciplines.

This year the conference theme is Creativity in Progress. Theories of creativity are always debated, and for good reason. Creativity is recognized as an important defining trait of humans. But what is creativity like across disciplines and fields of research, is it the same, is it different, is it contextual or universal. The topic this conference explores is, what does creativity look and feel like in progress? What do projects, ideas and work in progress have to show us about creativity. Is Creativity evidenced more in process than outcome? Can the realms of computing offer insights into creative emergence

CreateWorld features a wide range of academic and technical presenters from the education and industry sectors, and includes keynotes, panel sessions, hypotheticals, hands-on technical workshops, and regular presentation sessions.
