The Artificial Intelligence revolution is coming, but what does this mean for you and your business?
On Tuesday 13 February, USC will bring together Artificial Intelligence (AI) experts Dr Natalie Rens and USC’s Dr Erica Mealy to help business professionals unpack the basics of AI and its future uses.
With a PhD in Neuroscience, Natalie is the AI Specialist for the Office of the Queensland Chief Entrepreneur and is co-founder of Brisbane.AI, a meetup group that runs AI events and training. Natalie will unpack the basics of AI and what makes it so powerful. She will discuss practical uses of AI in the workforce today, including key examples from industries in Queensland.
Joining Natalie for a special Q&A panel session will be USC’s Dr Erica Mealy, a lecturer in Information and Communications Technology with more than 14 years of industry experience. Erica will share the research behind which jobs realistically can and cannot be replaced by AI and robotics, and the skills employees of the future will need to survive in this brave new world.
